Cure the fish
Place diced fish in glass bowl. Pour lime juice over, ensuring fish is covered. Refrigerate 1-2 hours until fish is opaque throughout.

Mix together
Drain most of the lime juice. Add tomato, onion, serrano, cilantro, cucumber, salt. Toss gently.

Top the tostadas
Serve ceviche on tostadas or in cups. Top with avocado. Offer hot sauce on side.
