Do I need to pay to view recipes?
No. Every recipe on NoadsCooking is free to read — ingredients, steps, and more. Premium plans add convenience features like unlimited saves, shopping lists, and Kitchen Helper credits. We will never put recipes behind a paywall.
What is the difference between Noads Plus and Chef Betty?
Noads Plus ($4.99/month) unlocks paid features on NoadsCooking — web and the Noads mobile app — plus 25 Kitchen Helper credits per month on those surfaces. Chef Betty ($7.99/month) is a separate subscription for the Chef Betty iOS app with 100 credits per month. It does not include Noads Plus site features, and Noads Plus does not include the full Betty app experience.
If I buy Noads Plus on the website, does it work in the Chef Betty app?
Not automatically. Noads Plus and Chef Betty are separate products. Plus purchased on the web unlocks NoadsCooking on web and the Noads mobile app. The Chef Betty app requires its own subscription for app credits and features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Free accounts never require a card.
What happens to my saved recipes if I cancel Plus?
Your saves are not deleted. If you have more than 3 recipes saved, you can still view them, but you won't be able to add new ones until you remove some or resubscribe.
Will you offer annual plans or credit packs?
Annual billing and one-time credit packs are on the roadmap. At launch we offer simple monthly subscriptions only.
